The second project that I worked on was the development of the Web Application for their Custom Metal Parts quotation and ordering.

For this part I worked together with the Business and IT Department to review the requirements and define the main features and areas of the application.

DESIGN PROCESS

Research and Requirements Gathering

Define the app’s purpose, target users, and features through client interviews and competitor analysis.

Wireframing

Develop a blueprint with user flows and wireframes to structure app functionality.

Design

Create an interactive, appealing design with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistent branding.

Launch and Iteration

Release the app, monitor performance, and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

We started developing wireframes, that turned into UI screens in a few iterations. These screens were tested and adjusted based on user feedback.

I worked using Material Design and developed the Design System in Sketch and it has been adapted to Figma in 2024.
